Who we are
Stock Count Manager is made by AI Automation LA LLC. It is not made, sold, approved, or supported by PC America, Cash Register Express, Heartland, Global Payments, or any other point-of-sale vendor.
What the app does
Store staff sign in on an iPhone. Lookups and saves go to our hosted hub at senseibuilt.com, which forwards them to that store’s PC. Inventory stays on the store PC. We do not keep a cloud product catalog.
Information we handle
- Sign-in name and password, to authenticate the person.
- A session token stored on the phone until they sign out or the session expires.
- Which store that person belongs to, so they only see that store.
- IP address, to limit failed sign-in attempts.
- A per-store journal of stock, price, or ESL changes (who changed what, and when).
- Hub logs of connections and errors, kept in memory for a short time on the server.
The camera is used only on the device to read a barcode or QR code. We do not upload photos. Notification permission is optional and is not used to send marketing messages.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We do not copy the store’s full inventory into a public catalog.
How long we keep it
Phone sessions last about 12 hours. Journal lines stay with that store on the hub so the store can see its own history. You can ask us to remove a store user or a store record by contacting us.
